Availability is shown at purchase. Ready-to-ship pieces generally dispatch from our Salt Lake City fulfillment facility within 3–5 business days. Most made-to-order pieces require approximately 90 days unless a shorter estimate—such as approximately four weeks—is stated for the product. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-order, custom and personalized pieces cannot ordinarily be canceled or returned after production begins. For eligible ready-to-ship purchases, return requests must be made within 14 days; approved returns have a flat $15 restocking fee and approved exchanges have no exchange fee.
