Made to Order | MCNZ by McKenzie Peck

Most MCNZ pieces are made to order unless they are clearly identified as Ready to Ship. This considered approach allows us to produce distinctive designs in planned quantities while giving each order the attention its construction requires.

Understanding availability

Ready to Ship: The piece is currently in stock and generally dispatches within 3–5 business days.

Made to Order: The piece enters production after purchase. Average production time is approximately 90 days unless another estimate is displayed on the product page.

Approximately 4 Weeks: Select pieces may have a shorter production window. This applies only when specifically stated.

Custom or Bespoke: The design, measurements, materials, price and delivery plan are confirmed through a private consultation before production.

What happens after ordering

  1. Your order and payment are confirmed.
  2. We review the selected design, size and stated production estimate.
  3. The piece enters production. Once production begins, made-to-order and custom pieces cannot ordinarily be canceled or returned.
  4. After quality review, the order is prepared at our Salt Lake City fulfillment facility.
  5. You receive tracking information when the carrier accepts the package.

Planning for an event

Please order well before your wear date. Production time does not include shipping transit, possible customs processing or time for optional alterations. If your event is approaching, contact Client Care before ordering so we can confirm whether the timing is realistic.

Cancellations, returns and fit

A cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. After production begins, made-to-order, custom and personalized pieces are final except where required by law or when an item is confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect.

Made-to-order garments use the standard size chosen at checkout unless the product is expressly sold as custom or bespoke. Please review our Size Guide or request personal fit assistance before placing the order.
