Dressed is a luxury fashion brand specializing in made-to-order apparel, jewelry, and accessories. We operate this website and store to provide you with a curated, personalized shopping experience.
Dressed is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these services. However, any purchases you make are made directly with Dressed, not Shopify.
2. ACCESS & ACCOUNT SECURITY
By using our Services, you confirm that:

- You have the right to provide that information to us
- You will not impersonate anyone or act unlawfully

4. MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
Many Dressed pieces are made-to-order and created specifically for you after you place your order. This means:
- Production typically takes 3–5 weeks after order acceptance
- Cancellations may not be possible once production has begun
- Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned
- We'll confirm your production timeline at checkout
5. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Dressed has the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Your order is not accepted until:
- We receive your payment
- We confirm acceptance via email
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once accepted, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If we decline, cancel, or modify your order, we'll notify you by email or phone.
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when you place your order.
Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide:
- Current, complete, and accurate payment information
- Valid credit card details
- Updated billing and shipping addresses
You represent and warrant that:
- The credit card information you provide is accurate
- You're authorized to use that card
- Your card company will honor charges
- You will pay all charges, including taxes and shipping
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic Orders (U.S.): Ships from our San Diego, California warehouse. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.
International Orders: We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our pricing.
Important: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once transferred to a carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our site — including images, text, trademarks, logos, product names, designs, and arrangements — is owned by Dressed or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You cannot:
