NYC Fashion Week Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sponsor: Dressed Showroom, 1331 Columbia Street, San Diego, CA 92101 (“Sponsor”).
1. Entry period
The Win a Trip to NYC Fashion Week Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends January 1, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping device.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its promotion partners are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. How to enter
During the Entry Period, complete and submit the Giveaway entry form on dressedshowroom.com with your first name and a valid email address. Limit one entry per person and email address. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent or late entries may be disqualified. No purchase is required.
4. Winner selection and notification
On or about January 5, 2027, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address supplied at entry and must respond within five calendar days. Sponsor may require confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not respond on time, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
5. Prize
One winner will receive admission for the winner and one guest to a Dressed Showroom or MCNZ New York Fashion Week event planned for February 2027. The admission is invitation-only, is not commercially sold and has no stated retail value.
Airfare, train fare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, wardrobe, incidentals, taxes and all other expenses are not included. The winner and guest are solely responsible for arranging and paying for travel to and within New York City and for satisfying any venue or travel requirements. Admission is non-transferable, may not be sold and has no cash alternative. Event date, time, venue, program and access are subject to change. If the event is canceled or unavailable, Sponsor may offer comparable admission or cancel the prize without a cash substitution where permitted by law.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently or disrupts the Giveaway. Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects its integrity, subject to applicable law.
8. Publicity and privacy
Information submitted will be used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Where lawful, acceptance of the prize permits Sponsor to identify the winner by first name, last initial, city and state and to use approved winner content for Giveaway publicity without additional compensation. Marketing communications remain subject to the choices and unsubscribe rights described at signup.
9. Release and limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, Shopify, Instagram, Meta and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and agents from claims arising from participation or acceptance or use of the prize, except for claims that cannot legally be waived. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Shopify, Instagram or Meta.
10. Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by California law, without limiting mandatory rights available under an entrant’s state law. Any dispute will be handled individually and not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
