These Terms of Service govern your use of dressedshowroom.com and purchases from Dressed Showroom and MCNZ. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Return policies.
Who we are
Dressed Showroom is the retail and client-services experience behind MCNZ, an independent fashion brand founded by McKenzie Peck. Purchases are made directly from Dressed Showroom and processed using Shopify.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, materials, measurements and details accurately. Appearance may vary by screen, lighting and handmade production. Review each product description, size guide, care instruction and availability notice before ordering.
MCNZ preorders and custom pieces
Unless identified as Ready to Ship, MCNZ pieces are produced after purchase. Estimated production is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation unless a different estimate is stated on the product page. Production time is separate from carrier transit. Custom and bespoke timing is confirmed individually. Made-to-order, custom and personalized items cannot ordinarily be canceled or returned after production begins, except where required by law or when confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect.
Orders, pricing and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud or another legitimate operational reason. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, duties and import charges may apply. Available payment methods and eligible installment options appear at checkout.
Shipping
Orders are fulfilled through our Salt Lake City facility. Ready-to-ship items generally dispatch within 3–5 business days. Express or overnight shipping speeds carrier transit after dispatch and does not shorten preorder production. Delivery estimates may be affected by carriers, weather, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and exchanges
Eligible requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging and the black MCNZ safety ribbon intact where supplied. Approved returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee. Approved exchanges have no exchange or restocking fee and are subject to availability.
Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks, logos, product names, designs, text, photography and graphics are owned by Dressed Showroom, MCNZ or their licensors and may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
Privacy and third-party services
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information to operate the store, fulfill orders, prevent fraud and provide customer service. Third-party services may have separate terms.
Errors and prohibited conduct
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update product information, pricing or availability. You may not misuse the site, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property rights, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the site fraudulently.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dressed Showroom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The version in effect when your order is placed governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise. These terms are governed by California law and applicable United States law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
