At Dressed Showroom, every design is thoughtfully created for the woman who values exceptional craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and a truly personalized experience. Whether you're preparing for a wedding, gala, pageant, red carpet appearance, or milestone celebration, each garment is designed exclusively for you and handcrafted with meticulous attention to every detail.

From our first conversation to the final fitting, our Bespoke Design experience is centered on collaboration, artistry, and impeccable craftsmanship.

Reserve a Private Consultation

Every bespoke journey begins with a private consultation.

To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable $500 Design Retainer and completed Client Profile are required.

During your consultation, you'll meet with Founder & Creative Director, Mckenzie, to discuss your vision, event details, preferred silhouettes, fabric selections, embellishments, timeline, and overall investment.

Following your consultation, you'll receive a Personalized Design Proposal outlining your custom design concept, investment, and production timeline before work begins.

Your Investment

Each Dressed Showroom garment is individually priced based on its design, construction, selected fabrics, and hand-finished embellishments.

Bespoke designs begin at $500.

Following your consultation, you'll receive a personalized proposal detailing the investment required to create your one-of-a-kind garment.

The Bespoke Experience

Luxury is found in the details.

Every garment is handcrafted using couture-inspired construction techniques and carefully selected materials. From custom color palettes and luxurious textiles to structured corsetry and intricate hand-applied embellishments, every design element is thoughtfully considered to create a garment that is uniquely yours.

While inspiration is always welcomed, we encourage clients to trust the creative process. Mckenzie's expertise ensures every design balances beauty, proportion, comfort, and timeless sophistication.

Craftsmanship & Production

Each garment is crafted exclusively for you and never mass-produced.

To maintain the highest level of craftsmanship, we recommend reserving your consultation at least 60 days before your event. Depending on the complexity of your design and our current production schedule, most bespoke garments are completed within 45–90 days.

For weddings, pageants, editorial projects, and red carpet events, earlier reservations are highly encouraged.

Fit & Finishing

Every bespoke garment is created using your personal measurements to achieve the closest possible fit throughout the construction process.

Because every body is beautifully unique, minor alterations by a professional tailor are often recommended after delivery to achieve a flawless couture finish.

Alterations are not included within our bespoke service. If desired, we are happy to recommend trusted tailoring professionals in your area.

Returns & Client Care

At Dressed Showroom, every garment is thoughtfully selected or crafted with exceptional attention to detail. Because many of our pieces are made to order or created specifically for each client, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing information, and garment details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing, fit, fabrics, or styling, our team is happy to assist you prior to purchase.

Our goal is to help you make the right selection with confidence.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Designs

All bespoke, made-to-order, custom-designed, and personalized garments are Final Sale.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Each piece is created exclusively for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

Ready-to-Wear Collections

Our Ready-to-Wear collections are carefully curated and offered in limited quantities.

Due to the nature of our business and limited inventory, all Ready-to-Wear purchases are also Final Sale.

While every effort is made to provide accurate sizing and detailed product descriptions, minor alterations may be desired to achieve your preferred fit. Alteration services are not included and are the responsibility of the client.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great pride in the quality of every order we fulfill.

If you believe you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Each request will be reviewed individually, and if a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error is confirmed, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, alteration credit, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

Client Satisfaction

Your experience is important to us.

Although we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. If you have concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to contact us. Whenever possible, we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our garments begin production shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.

Production & Delivery

Crafted Exclusively for You

At Dressed Showroom, most garments are crafted exclusively upon request to ensure exceptional quality, attention to detail, and a personalized experience. Rather than mass-producing inventory, we create each piece with intention and care.

This made-to-order approach allows us to offer thoughtfully designed garments while minimizing waste and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Production Timeline

Because most pieces are made to order, we ask that clients allow approximately 90 days for production and delivery.

Depending on the design, fabric availability, and production schedule, select garments may be completed in as little as 4 weeks. If a shorter timeline is available, it will be noted on the product page or communicated during your consultation.

If you require your garment for a specific event date, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. Whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

In-Stock Pieces

From time to time, select garments are available for immediate purchase.

Items marked In Stock typically ship within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. While we carefully craft your garment before it leaves our showroom, the final delivery timeline is determined by the selected shipping carrier.

Event Dates

If your garment is intended for a wedding, pageant, gala, photoshoot, or other special occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

During checkout—or in your Client Profile, if applicable—you'll have the opportunity to provide your event date. This allows us to prioritize production whenever possible and ensure your garment arrives with ample time for any desired alterations.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout. These costs are determined by your delivery address, the total weight of your items, and the dimensions of the packaging required for your formal wear.

For most domestic orders (e.g., California to Utah), rates typically range between $15.00 and $35.00, depending on the size of the items and your specific location.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We prioritize the safe and timely arrival of your garments. We primarily utilize UPS Expedited 2-Day Shipping for domestic orders to ensure your purchase arrives quickly and in pristine condition.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We offer exclusive Free Shipping opportunities through our social community! While standard orders are subject to calculated shipping fees, we frequently offer Free Shipping as a reward for our viewers during our TikTok Live events.
